• We will setup your server with all the necessary components
including DNS, PHP, Perl, Mysql, asp upload
and ASP.NET.
• We will configure helm the high end hosting controller, we will give you training for two days on chat 4 hrs
each on how to use helm
Every Dedicated server includes our Managed Services scope of which is as
under.

If server goes down , we immediately try and bring it back up Asap. If
server goes down we have systems
in place that we will be notified of
problems.
2)
For security we secure and harden the servers like our own . Patches /
Updates as available from Microsoft
/ Other vendors as applicable are
installed within hours of release.
3)
We also do monitoring to ensure that all services are running fine on your
servers.
Do note that our managed services do not include any system administration.
Adding / removing accounts / mails is not a part of our service.

Things Disallowed
1) Spamming - We are very strict about spam . If you are notified of abuse
we expect the clients are put

3) Hosting Gambling sites
4) Hacking / Piracy / Port scanning or any other illegal activity
Payment Terms
• 100% Advance
• Renewal stands on 1st of every month for dedicated servers.
• Payment for next cycle to be made into our Bank account
(ICICI )account prior to commencement of the
same.
• Payment can be made via paypal also sales@nissiinfotech.com those who are paying through paypal the
billing cycle will be from 15th to 15th of every month.
• The above configuration specifications are subject to change
Cancellation Policies.

commencement of next billing Cycle

Assurances
• Servers are normally up running 24x7.
We strive to maintain near 100% uptime on our servers.
• Ip netblock does not show our name at all . None of your clients will
know that we manage your server or
that you purchased it from us,
• Full admin control as well as Remote desktop access will be provided . It
is your server . You will have access
to do anything ( legal ) with the
server that you like . It can be administered the way you want . And you
are free to install any software on it that you wish.
• Optional Add-ons - Additional 8 Ips - 26 $
• Note - On these above servers we will provide you admin level access
wherein we will provide managed
services to take care of Security Issues , Server maintenance , Updates / Patches and Trouble Shooting at
times These wouldn’t include system administration like adding deleting – we will teach you how to do it for 2
days online training.
• You can add websites / Adding / removing and monitoring mail accounts
NOTES - The servers do not allow the following
1) Spamming / Non verified Bulk mailing
2) Any form of Adult or Pornographic content.
